Larry Schottenstein
President
I am the broker and President of Revealty. I have over 25 years experience in real estate with a diverse background from developing residential properties, home building, property management, real estate agent, broker, public speaker, TV host and educator.
What drives me is the concept of Revealty. We work with clients to "reveal" all the options available to them. This is a consume oriented approach which means we are always looking after the best interest of our clients. We avoid what too many agents do, which is to act like sales people.
I like to think this is why we were selected as winners of the Better Business Bureau Integrity Award
Here is my personal promise to all of my clients
I will always work in the best interest of my clients.
I never represent two clients in the same transaction at the same time
I will always get the best price and terms possible for my clients.
I will give unbiased advice, which my clients can count on.
I don't have a magic wand and can't promise magic. But you will get honest and realistic advice.
I won't take the easy way out or take the path of least resistance.
My background includes;
- A certified real estate negotiator plus I teach real estate negotiation courses.
- I teach a variety of real estate courses to hundreds of agents each year. This gives me great insight to what other agents are doing and what is working in the industry.
- I've written a book for real estate agents.
- I recently hosted a real estate reality show on ABC called Ohio Home and Garden. You view episodes at www.revealty.com under view videos.
- I am a real esate broker and agent and have worked in hundreds of real estate transactions.
- I have extensive relocation experience
- I teach web strategies courses to real estate agents and have a deep knowledge of how to use the web to benefit my clients.
